It started with beauty…

I help successful women enhance their voices through the power of social media.

But it was never just about makeup.

Before there was a framework, before there were stages, before there were hundreds of clients…

There was a girl from a small town outside Cleveland with a very big vision. I moved to Los Angeles in 2017 with a dream of becoming a celebrity makeup artist. I was drawn to transformation — how confidence shifts when someone sees themselves differently.

Beauty felt powerful. Creative. Limitless.

In 2019, I launched Jaclyn Taylor Cosmetics from my friend’s condo. Mattress on the floor. Product samples stacked beside me. No blueprint.

Within 30 days, we generated $100,000. But what changed my life wasn’t the revenue. It was realizing that people weren’t just buying makeup.

They were buying into the story. The transparency. The process. The belief.

We documented everything — from product development to packaging to the late nights building something from nothing. That behind-the-scenes access built trust. And trust built demand.

That was the first time I understood: When you let people see you build, they build belief in you.

From Building Products to Building People

As the brand grew — partnering with the Grammys, Cardi B, Selling Sunset — something unexpected happened.

Founders started reaching out.

Not asking about formulations. Not asking about manufacturers. They wanted to know how we created momentum.

That curiosity led me to launch a beauty agency supporting brands inside Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom. I was immersed in scaling companies at the highest levels of retail.

And in those rooms, I saw a pattern. The brands that broke through weren’t just well-designed. They were well-represented.

The founder’s presence mattered. The face. The voice. The conviction. Visibility wasn’t ego. It was leverage.

Without realizing it, I had started doing something deeper than marketing. I was helping people step into their authority.

The Real Work: Identity

Eventually, I stepped fully into the world of personal branding — working alongside names like Ryan Serhant, Jesse Itzler, Elena Cardone, and Gary Vaynerchuk.

But the most meaningful work wasn’t about proximity to big names.
It was sitting across from high-performing founders who had built incredible businesses — and helping them realize their online presence didn’t reflect their real level.

Their revenue said one thing. Their content said another. That disconnect costs opportunities.

I became obsessed with closing that gap. Because I’ve lived both sides. I’ve built in a saturated industry. I’ve built with no safety net. I’ve built with eyes watching.

And I know what it takes to show up when it would be easier to stay behind the scenes.

Authority Through Alignment

Today, I am the Founder of The Brand Authority Intensive — where I coach industry leaders to build personal brands that are profitable, aligned, and impossible to overlook.

I created the Iconic Premium Brand Framework from lived experience — not theory.

My philosophy is simplle. You don’t need to become someone else to grow. You need to express who you already are — with clarity. Your personal brand is not content for attention. It is positioning for opportunity.

In 2025 alone, I worked worked with 277 clients, conducted 624 brand audits, and supported over eight figures in client results. 68% of my clients raise their rates after working together — not because we told them to charge more, but because their brand finally reflected their standard.

This work isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about alignment. And when alignment happens, everything moves.
